Ces nouveaux propri\u00e9taires veulent construire au-dessus un complexe de 256 habitations sur 128 m\u00e8tres de hauteur.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me est que malgr\u00e9 que le quartier est en grand manque d\u2019\u00e9coles primaires publiques, de parcs, piscine, jeux, etc. ce projet a des grandes d\u2019\u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par le Comit\u00e9 consultatif d\u2019urbanisme de l\u2019arrondissement Ville-Marie.
