Alors que l&rsquo;industrie du taxi est encadr\u00e9e par une multitude d&rsquo;obligations l\u00e9gales, r\u00e9glementaires et \u00e9thiques, UBER s&rsquo;impose sur le march\u00e9 en proposant des services de covoiturage citoyen, qui n&rsquo;est autre que du taxi d\u00e9guis\u00e9. Les chauffeurs d&rsquo;UBER n&rsquo;assument aucune police d&rsquo;assurance ad\u00e9quate pour transporter des individus, n&rsquo;ont aucune obligation d&rsquo;inspection de leur voiture, n&rsquo;ont aucune formation en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et ne r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 aucun m\u00e9canisme de contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Outre l&rsquo;irrespect de toutes les r\u00e8gles qui r\u00e9gissent l&rsquo;industrie du taxi, UBER joue en plus sur les tarifs qui ne sont pas garantis et qui \u00e9voluent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au gr\u00e9 de la demande. UBER est un v\u00e9ritable fl\u00e9au pour l&rsquo;industrie du taxi \u00e0 travers le monde.
