Martin R\u00e9millard, sommelier et conseiller en vin de l\u2019importateur S\u00e9lection Caviste, a fait une pr\u00e9sentation des diff\u00e9rents vins \u00e0 d\u00e9guster et a fournis plusieurs explications aux novices en d\u00e9gustation de vin. Patrick Roffi, propri\u00e9taire de la charcuterie artisanale Les D\u00e9lices de l\u2019Artisan, a lui pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses diff\u00e9rents produits accompagnant les vins et en a expliqu\u00e9 la fabrication. Tous les produits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement commandit\u00e9s par la S\u00e9lection Caviste et Les D\u00e9lices de l\u2019Artisan.
