La soir\u00e9e qui \u00e9tait anim\u00e9e par Jeff Leake souhaite souligner le talent de la musique ind\u00e9pendante au Canada. Le groupe The Sheepdogs fut le grand gagnant de la soir\u00e9e, ils repartent avec 4 prix, dont celui du meilleur groupe rock de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La soir\u00e9e comprenant des prestations de diff\u00e9rents artistes, dont Dan Mangan (gagnant du meilleur artiste solo), The Pack A.D, Young Empires, The Sheepdogs. La fin de la soir\u00e9e fut assur\u00e9e par Rich Aucoin, donnait un spectacle haut en couleur et finalement Passion Pit qui a conclu la soir\u00e9e avec 5 chansons. Rich Aucoin sorti \u00e9galement vainqueur de cette soir\u00e9e avec le troph\u00e9e de l\u2019artiste \u00e9mergent de l\u2019ann\u00e9e qui \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un prix 10\u00a0000\u00a0$. Les Indies furent un grand succ\u00e8s dans lequel la musique canadienne \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019honneur.
