Cette d\u00e9gustation, toutefois, \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 cause de l&rsquo;ajout de chocolats \u00e0 go\u00fbter avec les \u00e9chantillons de quatre scotchs.<\/p>\n<p>Un Springbank 10 ans, un Isle of Jura 16 ans, un Bowmore 18 ans et the Arran Amarone cask m\u00e9lang\u00e9s \u00e0 quatre fins chocolats ont su plaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;assistance, l&rsquo;oreille attentive aux commentaires de M. Letellier, qui expliquait comment ces scotchs \u00e9taient fabriqu\u00e9s et comment qu&rsquo;ils se mariaient aux truffes. Le barman de l&rsquo;\u00cele Noire demeurait aussi \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de son auditoire, demandant souvent comment ceux-ci appr\u00e9ciaient l&rsquo;assortiment plut\u00f4t inhabituel.
