Son r\u00f4le consiste principalement en la pr\u00e9paration des repas et le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, avec une sp\u00e9cialisation dans les d\u00e9jeuners. Originaire du Qu\u00e9bec, il a d'abord \u00e9tudi\u00e9 en journalisme et en cin\u00e9ma au C\u00e9gep, mais n'a pas poursuivi dans cette voie. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de son p\u00e8re, il a voyag\u00e9 en auto-stop pendant six ans \u00e0 travers l'Europe, les \u00c9tats-Unis, le Canada et le Mexique, et a travaill\u00e9 en Californie pendant quatre ans. \u00c0 son retour au Qu\u00e9bec, il s'est form\u00e9 en horticulture, se sp\u00e9cialisant dans les plantes m\u00e9dicinales. Par la suite, il a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 une compagnie de paysagement avant de lancer sa propre compagnie.
